Current availability
DetCordon is currently a prototype and demonstrable pilot foundation. It is not presented as generally available managed production, and no public rate card is implied. Final scope, rates, retention, access, and acceptance criteria belong in a written engagement.
Self-hosted appliance
The customer operates a reviewed release on its own separate sandbox and sink hosts. RAGBAZ provides deployment generation, host preflight, the synthetic demo and evidence workflow, and handoff documentation. Operations, monitoring, evidence custody, and uptime remain customer-owned.
Managed pilot
RAGBAZ operates a fixed-term, single-team engagement behind authenticated access. The pilot defines workload class, evidence retention, analyst roles, success criteria, and remediation gates before hostile workloads are introduced. The deliverable includes a written outcome and a portable signed evidence handoff.
Managed production
The intended production tier adds ongoing operations, tenant isolation, SOC integration, published service objectives, archival policy, availability controls, and capacity management. It remains gated on completed pilot evidence and production-readiness review and is not generally available today.
Commercial boundaries
DetCordon is not a blocking WAF, a malware decryption service, a formal proof of sandbox isolation, or an unauthenticated public execution service. Remote and multi-tenant use is offered only after the authentication, custody, isolation, and operational gates for that phase are satisfied.
